§1 Scope and contracting party

These terms apply to contracts with Sashimi W&W GmbH, Sierichstraße 32, 22301 Hamburg, where they have been validly agreed. Sashimi W&W GmbH operates the Arrivals and Departures airport locations and the Hauptbahnhof location.

For offers from other location operators, the company identified there is the contracting party. The provider details and terms agreed in the specific ordering process apply. These terms do not make us a contracting party to offers from other companies.

§2 Orders and contract formation

Displaying products on this information website is not in itself a binding contractual offer. A contract is formed when the relevant contracting party accepts your order. Whether a message merely acknowledges receipt or constitutes acceptance depends on its content and the particular ordering process.

§3 Prices and payment

The prices stated for the selected offer apply, including statutory VAT. Delivery charges, packaging charges or deposits are stated separately where applicable. Available payment methods are shown in the relevant ordering offer.

§4 Delivery and collection

Delivery and collection depend on the selected location, the offered delivery area and the agreed time. Changes to an agreed order, such as substitutions, require agreement with you. Statutory rights relating to unavailability or failures in performance remain unaffected.

§5 Right of withdrawal

Distance contracts for goods that can deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would quickly pass generally carry no right of withdrawal under section 312g(2)(2) BGB. Whether a right of withdrawal applies to another contract depends on the statutory conditions and exceptions. Statutory rights concerning defective goods remain unaffected.

§6 Defects, liability and allergens

The statutory rules on defects and liability apply. Please report complaints promptly where possible so that we can investigate. Your statutory rights are not made subject to a particular reporting deadline or restricted by this request.

Before buying, please check the allergen information for the specific product and contact the relevant location before ordering if you have questions. Statutory information duties and liability claims remain unaffected.

§7 Data protection

Information about personal data processing by the website provider is available in the privacy notice. External ordering platforms also have their own privacy notices covering their processing.

§8 Applicable version

The version validly agreed when a contract was formed applies to that contract. Later changes to this website do not alter existing contracts.

§9 Applicable law and jurisdiction

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions that must be observed under the applicable law remain unaffected. Jurisdiction is governed by the statutory rules.

§10 Consumer dispute resolution

We are not willing to participate voluntarily in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body. Any statutory obligations remain unaffected.

§11 Invalid provisions

The consequences of invalid provisions or provisions not incorporated into a contract are governed by statutory law, in particular section 306 BGB.
