Temporary counter by platform 12
Temporary sales counter by platform 12: daily 10:00–22:00. Buy in person and take away.
The regular shop in the Wandelhalle is closed for refurbishment. Online ordering is paused. The temporary sales counter is expected to operate until the end of November 2026.
Mönckebergstraße
The Mönckebergstraße location is closed. Orders and collections are not available here.
Wandsbek Markt
Inside Wandsbek Markt underground station, below the central bus station. Wandsbeker Marktstraße, 22041 Hamburg.
Monday–Saturday 09:00–21:00. Closed on Sundays.
Sushi Supply at this location is operated by East Grab & Go GmbH.

Yes, for the two airport locations, Arrivals and Departures. Choose the right location first, then order from its menu. Online ordering at the main station is paused during the refurbishment.
Which locations offer collection?
At the airport, Arrivals and Departures offer collection. In Wandsbek, you can buy in person and take away. At the main station, the temporary counter by platform 12 sells directly to customers; Mönckebergstraße is closed. Sierichstraße is not a collection point.
