Departures menuOrder for collectionBoth full airport menus are available under “Menu”. Choose Arrivals or Departures there. The displayed product prices come from the respective collection menu; delivery prices and availability may differ. The information shown by your selected provider before you place your order is binding.
If you are meeting someone at the airport and are not going through security yourself, plan around Arrivals. It is also the right point of reference if you have landed and are already in the public area. Both counters share the same street address, so specify “Arrivals” or “Departures” when arranging where to eat or collect an order.
Our Departures counter opens at 05:00 and is after security by gates C15/C16. Check whether this area is on your route and allow enough time before boarding. Arrivals, in the public area, opens at 10:00.
Alongside sushi and hot dishes, the Arrivals menu includes a build-your-own bowl. The Departures menu also has dedicated categories for coffee by Elbgold and tea by Eilles. Look at the relevant menu to choose your dishes and options. If you need to call the counter, use the number in its location card above so your question reaches the right area.
We accept all cards at our Arrivals and Departures counters.
