Which menu and which prices?

Choose Arrivals or Departures under “Menu” for the full collection menu of that counter. The vegetarian examples above also show collection prices. Delivery from Arrivals uses a separate delivery menu; its prices and selection may differ. The general menu selection covers our wider range, with availability depending on the location. Check the final item, price and collection or delivery details before placing your order.

Which counter fits your journey?

Meeting someone or visiting from Hamburg?

If you are meeting someone at the airport and are not going through security yourself, plan around Arrivals. It is also the right point of reference if you have landed and are already in the public area. Both counters share the same street address, so specify “Arrivals” or “Departures” when arranging where to eat or collect an order.

Flying early?

Our Departures counter opens at 05:00 and is after security by gates C15/C16. Check whether this area is on your route and allow enough time before boarding. Arrivals, in the public area, opens at 10:00.

What would you like to eat?

Alongside sushi and hot dishes, the Arrivals menu includes a build-your-own bowl. The Departures menu also has dedicated categories for coffee by Elbgold and tea by Eilles. Look at the relevant menu to choose your dishes and options. If you need to call the counter, use the number in its location card above so your question reaches the right area.

We accept all cards at our Arrivals and Departures counters.

Both airport counters have seating and wheelchair-accessible entrances.
