Sashimi Sushi combines its Hamburg roots with a commitment to keep improving. What began at the main station can now be found at Hamburg Airport, alongside the connected Sushi Supply sales locations in Wandsbek and at the main station.
This development is driven by three things: a focus on quality, openness to new ideas and the determination to offer good food reliably and conveniently.

Today, this website brings together two connected names: Sashimi Sushi at Hamburg Airport and Sushi Supply in Wandsbek and at the temporary sales point by platform 12 at the main station.
A specific menu for each location
When planning your visit, first consider where you would like to eat or collect your food. Even at the airport, Arrivals and Departures differ in opening hours, access and selection. The menu therefore lists them separately. Choose your location before comparing dishes and prices.

Catering and contact are part of the picture
Alongside food for people on the move, we have a separate catering section for businesses and private occasions. Our office, production and catering headquarters are at Sierichstraße 32. This is not a restaurant or collection point.
