Can I pre-order for collection?

Yes. At the airport, you can pre-order separately for Arrivals and Departures. Arrivals: Terminal 2, public area, daily 10:00–23:00. Departures: Gate C15/C16 after security, daily 05:00–21:00. Choose the counter you can reach first.

Is delivery available?

Yes. The airport Arrivals location offers delivery through Lieferando. The service shows the delivery area and current ordering times once you enter your address. Departures offers collection. View delivery options.

Can I enquire about catering?

Yes. There is a dedicated catering service for businesses, events and private occasions.

Where can I find the right location?

On the locations page you will find the sales locations with directions, opening hours and current operating status. Sierichstraße 32 in Winterhude is our office, production and catering headquarters; it is not a restaurant or a collection point.

Is the main station location open?

The temporary sales counter by platform 12 sells directly to customers daily 10:00–22:00. The regular shop is closed for refurbishment; online ordering is paused. The temporary sales counter is expected to operate until the end of November 2026.

Is Mönckebergstraße open?

No. The Mönckebergstraße location is closed; orders and collections are not available there.

Where can I find Sushi Supply in Wandsbek?

Inside Wandsbek Markt underground station, below the central bus station. Monday–Saturday 09:00–21:00, closed on Sundays. Operated by East Grab & Go GmbH. View the Wandsbek menu.

Where can I find ingredients and allergen information?

The full airport menus show the dishes for each location. Before ordering, check the ingredients and allergen information in the relevant ordering menu. Our team can help with questions about individual dishes.

Before your visit or order

Where can I find the right menu for my airport counter?

The menu has separate sections for Arrivals collection and Departures collection. Open your counter’s section to see its dishes and prices. There is also a general menu selection showing more dishes at a glance. To pre-order, the ordering page takes you to your chosen location.

Can I read the menu in English?

Yes. Choose “EN” in the language selector to switch to the English version. You can also open the English menu directly. “Ankunft” is shown as “Arrivals” and “Abflug” as “Departures”. The two counters still have separate menu sections.

Does an open location mean I can order online at any time?

Shop opening hours and available online ordering times may differ. Check the ordering menu for your chosen counter to see which options are currently offered. For delivery, the ordering service shows availability after you enter your address. Start on the collection or delivery page.

What should I include in a catering enquiry?

Email the occasion, date, number of guests and preferred delivery address to office@sashimi-sushi.de. We will discuss the selection, quantities and any special dietary requests with you. The catering page shows examples of sharing boxes and mixes.

Where can I ask about the website or an order?

For a question about your airport order, contact the relevant counter. The airport guide lists the telephone numbers for Arrivals and Departures. For website questions or catering enquiries, reach our head office through the contact page.

Can I pay by card at the airport?

Yes. We accept all cards at the Sashimi Sushi counters in Arrivals and Departures.

Is there seating and wheelchair access?

Yes. Both airport counters have seating and wheelchair-accessible entrances. The Departures counter is after security and can only be reached if you have access to that area.
